How to Track Your Order
Check Your Email
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking link.
Use Your Account Dashboard
Log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section to see all your orders and their current status in real-time.
SMS Notifications
You'll receive SMS updates at key stages: when your order is confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.

Important Return Policy Information
Time Limits
- Order issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery
- Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order
- Late delivery complaints must be reported within 2 hours of estimated delivery time
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund for orders cancelled before preparation
- Full refund for incorrect, missing, or damaged items
- Partial refund may be provided for late deliveries
- No refund for consumed food items (unless quality issue)
Refund Processing
