How to Track Your Order

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking link.

You'll receive SMS updates at key stages: when your order is confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.

Return Process

Step 1

Reach out to our customer support team within 30 minutes of delivery (for order issues) or immediately after cancellation.

Share your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. Our team will review your request.

Review & Approval

We'll review your request and approve eligible returns. You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Important Return Policy Information

Time Limits

  • Order issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery
  • Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order
  • Late delivery complaints must be reported within 2 hours of estimated delivery time

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund for orders cancelled before preparation
  • Full refund for incorrect, missing, or damaged items
  • Partial refund may be provided for late deliveries
  • No refund for consumed food items (unless quality issue)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
